Ranging from the almost industrial (and aptly titled) "Project Machine", to the gentle beats and flowing piano of "Pablo", this EP picks up where previous album "Further / Closer" left off but brings new elements into play.

The Orb-like "Sometimes Seeing Into The Eternal Vortex Is The Energy Required By The Vortex Itself" has an almost jazz-like shuffle beat, and represents a journey - perhaps through time and space itself, with a surprising reveal at its centre.

"Pablo" takes a trip hop vibe and turns itself inside out with an unexpected second half, while "Project Machine" is probably the heaviest Geisha track yet, based on a grating industrial sample with heavy drums and bass giving it a dub-reggae feel. "The Religious 9th" is a more ambient piece, and features clattering drums, strange speech samples and has a dark, dream-like quality.

Some of these tracks were composed before "Further / Closer", and as such this EP acts as a companion piece to that album; however the music within points towards the future for Geisha - more epic tracks and interesting, complex compositions.
