This track is the second part of the epic "Airways", first released on the "Airways EP", which is available here: robertcrosbiegeisha.bandcamp.com/album/airways-ep. This long track takes its cue from the like of Pink Floyd, King Crimson, and progressive rock, delivering an LP-side long piece which combines separate parts into one whole.

This piece develops the themes and motifs from the first four parts - starting with radio static, chatter, noise, samples, dislocated voices, and eerie sounds before slipping into the trip-hop groove of part 5.

Over the expanded running time, the track takes in dub reggae (part 6), ambient soundscapes and distorted electric guitars (part 7), and climaxes with a breakneck prog-rock section which brings the whole saga to an end (part 8).

"Airways (parts 5 - 8)" is essentially a mirror image of parts 1 - 4, starting chilled and ending upbeat, whereas the earlier track was the opposite.
